Refund Policy

At Yes I’m Beautifulll Hair Extensions LLC, we take pride in providing high-quality hair products. Due to the hygienic and personal nature of wigs, frontals, closures, and hair extensions, we maintain a strict return policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any hair products once purchased.
Because our products are worn close to the skin, we cannot restock or resell returned items for sanitary reasons.

 
Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.
Exchanges (If We Are at Fault Only)
 
An exchange will only be considered if Yes I’m Beautifulll Hair Extensions LLC is responsible for the issue, including:
   •    You received the wrong item
   •    The product has a verified manufacturing defect

 
TO REPORT AN ISSUE:

•    Provide clear photos and/or videos 
 •    Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

If the product has been installed, customized, combed, brushed, cut, dyed, or altered in any way, the exchange request will be denied.


We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving any exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

   •    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

3. Processing Time
All orders require 7–14 business days processing time before shipment.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

 
4. Shipping Policy
   •    We currently ship within the United States only.
   •    International shipping may be arranged by request via text prior to purchase.
   •    Once tracking information is provided, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
   •    Yes I’m Beautifulll Hair Extensions LLC is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked delivered.

 
5. Payments
We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout, as well as Zelle, Apple Pay, and Cash App when arranged directly. Full payment is required before order processing begins.
